Powder Coating Plant FAQs

What does an automatic powder coating plant cost?

The price of an automatic powder coating plant depends on conveyor length, oven type, pre-treatment stages and the level of automation. Share your components, production volume and floor size with us and our engineers will prepare a plant layout and detailed quotation.

What equipment is included in a powder coating plant?

A complete powder coating plant includes a pre-treatment or cleaning line, drying oven, powder coating booth, powder coating guns with feed and sieving systems, a curing oven and a conveyor. We manufacture all powder coating plant equipment in-house, so every stage is matched to your parts.

Do you supply individual powder coating machines and guns, or only full plants?

Both. We supply standalone powder coating machines, powder coating guns, reciprocators with auto spray guns, and powder feed and sieving systems, as well as complete turnkey powder coating systems.

What is an aging oven and when do I need one?

An aging oven heat-treats aluminium components after extrusion or casting to bring them to full hardness. We build aging ovens, hot-air curing ovens and aluminium annealing furnaces with precise temperature uniformity for consistent metallurgical results.

Radiant gas tube heaters vs infrared heaters, which is better for curing?

Radiant gas tube heaters offer low running costs for large spaces and continuous ovens, while electric infrared heaters give fast, targeted heat-up for compact lines. We supply both and recommend the right heaters, furnace or oven after studying your parts and fuel costs.
